The Master Carman, Marsha Rae Ratcliff OBE, hosted a Cruise along the River Thames on the Silver Sturgeon Boat on Thursday 7 September 2017. This was the Master's final Special event of her year and it was a celebration of her successful year as Master Carman.
The cruise started with a champagne reception before a delicious barbecue was had. The entertainment on board was hosted by King Rat, Ian Richards and consisted of ventriloquist Steve Hewlett (from Britain's Got Talent. We then had comedian Kev Orkian followed by the wonderful voice of Julie Rogers before finishing off with Kaplin Kaye and Bill Dare with the Ukaye Ukes.
An absolutely fantastic evening and one that the Master Carman and her husband should be very proud of.
